Soft tannins and up front fruit provide great drinkability in a wine designed to consume young. Part spur pruned and part cane pruned VSP trellis cropped at 2. 6 3. 4 kg vine. Trimmed and fruit zone leaf plucked. Machine harvested at 19. 4 22. 0 Brix. Destemmed to tank. Pumped over in stainless steel tanks, then pressed off to complete MLF in tank.
