Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and carbon fiber tips are also available. So good for soap notes!

I wish I could have gotten this sooner when we had to write soap notes. It explains the illness, symptoms, tests, treatments, referrals and follow ups. I got it used and it came in great condition. Would definitely buy again!
