Roto-Fab Cold Air Intake 2017-22 Camaro ZL1 Big Gulp Series

While the Roto-fab Big Gulp series cold air intake is designed to allow additional air flow, this system becomes beneficial only after reaching the 650-700 RWHP threshold. For stock or mildly modified vehicles, our standard cold air intakes are actually superior to the Big Gulp series cold air intakes in terms of performance and overall drivability.

Most importantly, installation of a Big Gulp series cold air intake (excluding the 2012-15 Big Gulp air intake/brake duct- Part 10165014) without a custom tune may result in engine damage. Always custom tune when using the Big Gulp series cold air intake systems!

As with all Roto-fab products, you can expect the fitment and product quality that your car deserves! Our innovative air box coupling method allows for solid mounting to the air box as the system transitions from our 6 inch air filter clamping surface.

This coupling design also effectively seals out unwanted engine heat! The air box seals effectively to the hood which allows for maximum air filter size and air box volume! It also utilizes the full factory air inlet to ensure low IATs and maximize performance.

Standard hardware for this system includes a 5 inch to 4.25 inch hose coupler for larger throttle bodies. A 4 inch adapter (part 10132004) is sold separately for the factory throttle body. The Big Gulp series air intake system will not show the maximum gains with a stock throttle body. We use 100 percent silicone hose couplers to ensure lasting product quality! Custom fabricated inlet elbow to maximize performance and airflow cross-section. We also incorporated an oversized breather port to further accommodate high-horsepower applications. Our polymer duct work is also effective in reducing heat transfer.

The Big Gulp Series cold air intake has already shown gains of up to 30 RWHP over our standard cold air intake system on a heavily modified 6th Gen ZL1. This is the oil version. All oil filters come pre-oiled and ready to use. This filter requires 89 grams of oil when servicing.
