| Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ our processing of the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. Were shipped in the package other than the above-mentioned "secondary processed products (slit, heat treatment, dimples, etc.)" will be our warranty. _x000D_ rotor is an image. They're selling near-expired, bad product gone sour

I ordered these in bulk for the second time in a few years. The initial order showed up as-presented. The recent order could not be farther than what these are advertised to be.
At first, it appeared they changed their product. It looked different, I thought as I noted the soon-upcoming expiration date.
After trying one, I quickly realized they did not only LOOK different but also tasted sour & dry. At best, they are not storing these correctly. But even worse, I suspect Country Archer may be selling bad product intentionally to get rid of it in bulk.
Super disappointing from a company I once bought from regularly in local stores. And by the way, they do NOT stand behind their product. If you spend $60 on a bulk order that is inedible, YOU ARE STUCK WITH THEM.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A COMPANY WITH NO RELIABILITY
(sorry for all the angry caps lock but they really do need to resolve the issues presented in the many low-rated reviews, as any good business would do)
