BENTO CAKES (Parent & Child 6-12yo)

Join us for a fun Bake & Bond Parent–Child Bento Cake Class this June school holiday, specially designed for 1 parent and 1 child aged 6–12 years old. Together, you’ll create an adorable mini bento cake with charming decorations and creative personal touches. Perfect for beginners, this hands-on class is a wonderful way to learn basic cake decorating skills and make sweet memories together.


Learning points:

  • Learn how to bake a butter cake

  • Learn how to coat a cake neatly

  • Learn how to make buttercream (demo)

  • Learn how to draw on a cake, even a complicated drawing

  • Learn the palette technique

  • Learn essential knowledge for baking and proper storage

Duration: 3 hours

Type: Baking Hands-on

Take-Home Portion: 2 x 4" cake

Adolescent policy: Participants must be an adult, kids can join with a minimum 6-12 years old requirement.

This class will be conducted in English only. 

Equipment, tools, ingredients, apron and boxes will be provided. 

Bring a pen for taking notes. 

Participants may have to work in groups depending on class recipe.

Dress in comfortable attire and wear toe covered shoes for protection.

The puppy kong is a must have item for every new puppy owner. Super cute!! They usually will last forever (unless you have a super chewer then you need the black one). Great value!! Keeps the puppy busy and entertained. Especially when frozen. Google and the Kong website have tons of recipes. I tend to stick with a little bit of kibble some mashed banana and peanut butter. Also, good options are jars or pouches of baby food just make sure you check the label to ensure there is nothing toxic to dogs in it. More options are kibble soaked in water or broth, pumpkin puree, green beans and carrots. I could go on forever. If you own a dog, a Kong is a must have! I always have two ready to go. And they are dishwasher safe!
