Gin DIZONVThe nose is very aromatic. Dominated by citrus (grapefruit) and cardamom. The juniper then comes through in a mix of vegetal (cut grass) and floral (iris). The bottom of the glass reveals a more earthy and spicy side (cinnamon and iris root). On the palate it is relatively smooth. Very fresh (lemon) on fresh apple then licorice and mint afterwards.
