Burger Motorsports wheel spacers for the 2025+ Toyota 4Runner are a smart, cost-effective upgrade that improves handling while dramatically enhancing the overall appearance of your truck. By pushing the wheels and tires outward, these spacers deliver an instant wider, more aggressive stance along with increased lateral stability and improved cornering confidence.
Wheel spacers are also ideal for gaining additional clearance when running larger tires, aftermarket suspension components, different wheel offsets, or big brake kits—or simply to give your 4Runner a tougher, more commanding presence. Each set is specifically designed and manufactured by Burger Motorsports for the Toyota 4Runner, ensuring a precise, vibration-free, hub-centric fit.
Build & Quality
Every Burger Motorsports wheel spacer is CNC-machined from high-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy and finished with a durable black anodized coating for corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Spacers are sold in pairs and include pre-installed 10.9-grade studs and matching lug nuts that exceed OEM strength standards.
To space all four wheels, two spacer kits are required. All spacers are hub-centric and retain the factory hub lip for proper wheel alignment and balance.

Measure your front and rear wheel clearance to determine the ideal width for your setup. Either option delivers a noticeable improvement in stance and appearance.
Installation Overview
Installation is straightforward and can be completed with basic hand tools.
Remove the wheel, install the spacer onto the hub, apply blue thread-locker to the factory studs, secure the spacer using the supplied hardware, then reinstall the wheel using the factory lug nuts. Torque specifications are listed below.
