Comes with two 1/2” drilled holes, on the left-hand and right-hand sides, at the top for hanging purposes. This purpose of the pair of drill holes is so that the door hanger will be straight once hung with a single decorative designer bow looped through due to weight dispersion of the door hanger. Not an exact equivalent to the original two piece design. It won't snap in place as a direct replacement and required some glue. Not sure how long that will last.
