What a Wonderful 'Wool' contains surprising and delightful items for you, your home, and your garden that celebrate wool.

Each bespoke box contains a worsted wool yarn paired with an appropriate pattern, as well as 5 items that show how versatile wool really is. Packed with fun, woolly goodness, it's a great springtime treat for yourself or a fibery friend.

Fun facts about wool:
🧶 Did you know that wool self-extinguishes? It's one way you can determine whether a mystery yarn is wool or another fiber.
🧶 Wool is a tremendous insulator - it can keep you warm even when it's wet
🧶 Because wool wicks away sweat and moisture before bacteria can grow, it's much more odor-resistant than synthetic fibers

SHOP SHEEP by JG Switzer : Wool Sponges & Felted Wool & Leather Coasters

JG SWITZER founder and CEO Jessica plays with nature’s palette of plant-dyed, undyed, and 20+ types of raw fleeces to create a new form of “painting” from an old material. Currently, 90% of JG SWITZER wool is sourced from within their local Fibershed, to create the artisan felted wool fabric you’ll see in all their products, including locally farmed Dorset and Suffolk wool from Bodega Bay.

The wool & leather coasters are made in Sonoma wine appellation country. Each coaster is hand designed and painted with locally sourced wool, so no two will be exactly alike. The wool is backed with an elegant leather backing, so coasters can be used on either side. To clean: blot with water. Do not machine wash, please.

Felted in their workshop, the 100% natural wool sponges are biodegradable, machine washable and easy to use. They are felted from local, climate-beneficial wool and are ideal for dishes or light cleaning (not for heavy scouring or pan cleaning.) Each pack will have variations as sponges are hand made and hand cut from natural wool, felted fibers. Clean: Dishwasher safe.

Re-Ewe’able

Re-Ewe'able is dedicated to making handmade products from natural ingredients that are sustainable and renewable, good for the planet and us. The journey started 8 years ago on Hay Ewe Hill Farm, Minnesota, with a small flock of Romeldale/CVM sheep. The flock has since grown and so has the range of products using their wool.

The wool used to make the pellets comes from Re-ewe’able’s flock and other flocks around Minnesota, giving new life and purpose to the waste wool that is often discarded. Wool pellets are 100% wool, natural, sustainable and renewable, containing Nitrogen, Pot Ash and Sulfur; all the things that plants love. As they biodegrade they release nutrients. They reduce our watering needs by absorbing up to 30x their weight in water and readily releasing unlike commercial synthetic products. They provide organic matter to the soil that creates an environment roots love. The pellets can be used in houseplants, containers, pots, vegetable gardens and flower beds.

Fiat Luxe

Fiat Luxe is an artisanal felted soap and textile design company located in the heart of Sonoma County’s wine country. Owner and artist Nancy Rosenthal’s inspiration stems from her lifelong love for nature’s beauty and an early childhood memory of a delicate—but surprisingly sturdy—cocoon flickering with the promise of life within. A lifelong lover of all things handmade, Nancy creates beauty with layers of color, texture and fiber using only the highest quality materials. In 1996 when gifted with one tiny handmade bar of oatmeal soap, Fiat Luxe’s journey began in the Rosenthal family’s country kitchen where Nancy and her husband, Arthur, made their first batches of handmade soap. Eventually Nancy decided to combine her love for soap-making and fragrance with her love of color and fiber by wrapping soap in wool to create a wonderful gentle exfoliating experience.

All Fiat Luxe striped felted soaps are made with saponified oils of olive, palm, and coconut, purified water and a special blend of essential oils

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
