"Very pale salmon-pink colour with some depth, a little lighter on the rim with slight purple hues. The nose is fresh and bright with aromas of strawberries and cream with notes of redcurrants, red florals and an amalgam of fresh herbs and mouthwatering minerals. Dryish to taste and medium-light bodied, the palate has an aromatic heart with flavours of strawberries and cream with notes of lifted red florals, herbs and confectionary. This is thirst-quenching with lively acidity and the wine carries along a light, drying phenolic-textured line, carrying to a light, lingering nuanced finish of florals, berry fruits and confectionary. This is a fresh and aromatic dryish rosé with strawberries, florals, some herb nuances and lifted confectionary on a light, drying-textured palate. A delightfully dry Spanish Rosé made with 100% Tempranillo fruit from 25 year old bush vines grown in Castilla (southern part of Central Spain), harvested early to retain freshness and delicate floral berry characters and fermented dry while retaining crisp acidity to match a wide variety of foods. The vibrant strawberry pink colour is the result of skin contact at low temperature. In usual fashion this wine is fresh, full of flavour and fruity on the palate, complimented with intense aromas of strawberry and raspberry to deliver a perfect summer wine.
