What temperature can it handle?

Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Yes — the pan is dishwasher-safe. For maximum coating life we still recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge.
Will sourdough and wet doughs leak?
No. The seamless base is leak-proof, so high-hydration doughs and wet batters stay contained.
What size loaf does it bake?
The 28 × 11 cm pan and 30 x 13 cm pan fit a standard 750 g to 1 kg bread loaf or a generous pound-cake recipe.
