G.A.P. Step 2 Chicken

Chicken is a great source of protein and healthy fats. Our chicken is raised on farms that are certified to Global Animal Partnership’s (G.A.P.) Step 2 – Enriched Environment animal welfare standard. This means they are humanely raised with space to roam, natural light, and enrichments, raised without antibiotics, and fed a vegetarian diet.

Herring Meal

Herring Meal contains high amounts of protein and omega-3, specifically DHA and EPA. The meal version of herring is the fish with the water removed. Our herring meal is sustainable and wild-caught.

Barley

Barley is a great source of fiber, and is packed with minerals and vitamins such as manganese, copper, and B1.

Millet

Non-GMO and gluten free. Millet is high in fiber and protein and a good source of magnesium, phosphorus and calcium, an important macronutrient for dogs.

Whitefish

Whitefish is a great source of quality protein and omega-3 fatty acids. There are many species of whitefish available, including cod, haddock, pollock and acadian redfish. We source the freshest based on seasonal availability. Our ocean whitefish is always sustainable, ocean-caught, and never farmed.

Ocean Whitefish Meal

Whitefish is a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Fish meal, fish with the water removed, is a concentrated source of amino acids needed for healthy muscles. There are many species of whitefish available. We source primarily hake or the freshest whitefish based on seasonal availability. Our whitefish meal is sustainably sourced and always ocean-caught, never farmed.

Oat Fiber

Non-gmo and gluten free. Oat fiber is high in fiber, which helps with healthy digestion as well as your dog feeling full longer.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is obtained from the pressing of the coconut flesh. It not only tastes great, but it is packed with health benefits. It is high in lauric acid, an omega 9 fatty acid often missing in pet food diets. Coconut oil is an great source of energy, easy to digest, and excellent for metabolic function, particularly fat metabolism.

G.A.P. Step 2 Chicken Livers

Chicken livers are a great source of protein, rich in B vitamins, and trace minerals like phosphorus, iron, copper, magnesium, and iodine, and provides fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. Potassium Chloride

Dicalcium Phosphate

Dicalcium Phosphate provides calcium to support healthy bones and is used to balance the ratio of calcium and phosphorus to ensure ideal levels.

Dried Chicory Root

A natural source of inulin, a soluble fiber which serves as a prebiotic, to help to support GI health. 

Sunflower Oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols)

Sunflower oil is a great source of essential fatty acids, including Omega 6. It is used to help create the ideal fatty acid profile to support healthy skin and coat.
