A cool winter with lighter than average rainfall set the scene on the 2020 vintage. Mild, dry weather through the growing season produced grapes with great flavour concentration. Summer was full of sunshine and dry weather, apart from 31mm of rain at the end of January, which was great for the vines to finish ripening the grapes.

Fermentation with yeasts indigenous to the vineyards was followed by malolactic fermentation in new and mature Hungarian, French and American oak barrels. Their aim has been to showcase the stylish fruit flavours with lovely tannins of Tempranillo completemend by very subtle oak.

Running With Bulls showcases traditional Spanish varietals in a celebration of Spanish culture and history.
