Suggestions
Mix 1/4 cup Veggie Wash with water (Large bowl or half sink full)
Soak and swish for 30 seconds
Rinse thoroughly
Directions
- Soak and swish for leafy and soft product: spinach, broccoli, lettuce, strawberries, cauliflower, artichokes, etc. Dilute 1/4 cup (2 oz) Veggie Wash in large bowl or in a sink half full of water. Soak and swish for 30 seconds; rinse thoroughly.
- Spray for Firm produce: tomatoes, potatoes, grapes, apples, bell peppers, squash, cucumbers, etc. Spray generously with Veggie Wash, rub for 20-30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Not recommended for mushrooms due to their porous skins.

Fantastic instructional manual if you already have some basic knowledge of anchors, ropework and climbing technique. It is written as an instructional manual for climbers looking to turn into guides so if you're brand new this probably isn't the best option for you.

Clear, straight forward, and authoritative

Excellent, straightforward information about how to stay safe at the crag. Every guy who's put his hand on a rock has an opinion about how to set anchors, belay, etc -- this book gives you the answers on how to do things the right way. Spend the 10 or 15 bucks and read the book. It might save your life.

Wow. Just finished reading this series. I agree that of the three books, this is the most accessible. Beautifully written and put me in mind of bardos in The Tibetan Book of the Dead. A great read. I’ll keep this book for a long time.
