Yet another good read.
Format: Kindle
I love these mafia books. I’ve read all the series, and they’re all interesting and wonderful books. There’s violence, of course, and suspense, camaraderie, and steamy sex scenes. I hope there will be a sequel to Lone Wolf. If not, hopefully there will be more from this author. She’s written some great stories.

A Styx Syndicate Eccentric Story!

Ariadne/Sarah gets her chance. Not only to prove herself worthy of being on the Styx’s team but also to show she is capable of doing the things how the Styx Syndicate does it not what was inbred in her mind by Grandmother. That part has been hard and skipping therapy is not going to help. But when Lyssa & Scarlett bring back from the recent mission, a woman who was also under Grandmother’s control, things start to take a very different turn. Add to the mix, Sunny Santiago.
There is something about this woman that seems to get to her but she is not sure why and knows she must control her emotions. But Sunny has other ideas. She is a new recruit vying for the same role on the team. Sunny also can’t get Ariadne off her mind. Her control is impressive, her demeanor is stoic but she is hot and in wicked shape and Sunny just wants to break that tough exterior. Sunny has a mission of her own. But when they are teamed together for a mission, definitely a test by Ariadne standards, things happen. For one stupid moment, Ariadne lets her guard down and she finds herself in an uncomfortable position and doesn’t know why. Again we have the team back and probably getting ready for their toughest mission. Love this group!

Absolute favorite!

1st Iove that it is a standalone.
Duets kill me because the conflict in-between is so stressful. I just want happiness soon haha
I was hoping Katy would be the long lost sister...but I am so glad it wasn't what I thought.
Lyssa will always be my favorite in this whole damn universe. "Why the hell would I need therapy?" Hahaa gold!
I need more of your books. Sigh...I have read every single of of them. What a journey!

another excellent story
Format: Kindle
The author recommends reading her prior mafia books and I agree. With each book she builds on the saga, picking up where the last left off, adding new characters but keeping the old. This book has several stories woven in, but 2 strong and exciting new characters. The connection between these women is electric, the story dynamic and action exciting. I hope these tales continue!

Mafia syndicate with a heart and a purpose. Scarred characters learning to survive . There is beauty to overcoming trauma and finding teamwork, trust and love while healing. A beautiful love story.
