Suggestions
Directions: Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon. This product is highly potent. Never exceed 1 capsule per serving. Never take more than 2 servings in any 24-hour period. For best results do not take with food. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Use daily for a minimum of 30 days.

Lipo-6 hardcore is absolutely not for use by anyone under the age of 18 or those sensitive to caffeine and stimulants. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Never exceed the recommended dosage. Do not consume synephrine, yohimbe, caffeine or any stimulant compound from other sources, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, dietary supplements or medications. Do not use longer than 2 months. Follow with a 1-month off-period. Consult your physician prior to use if you are taking any medication or if you have any medical condition, including but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath. This product contains ingredients that may be banned by some sports organizations.

LOVE IT but cooling depends on readjusting frequently

I’ve actually been pretty happy with this product overall, especially for comfort and the initial cooling effect. When you first sit or lay on it, it definitely feels cool and refreshing, which is a huge relief if you run warm or live somewhere hot. Humanity continues its decades-long campaign against functional air circulation, so products like this are doing important work.
That said, I do think it’s important to be realistic about expectations. The cooling effect doesn’t stay perfectly consistent in one spot forever. After sitting or laying in the same position for a while, the area naturally warms up and you’ll usually need to shift or readjust to feel the cooler sections again. It’s not “ice cold all the time” magic despite what some listings might make people imagine.
Even with that limitation, I still think it works well and is worth purchasing. The materials feel comfortable, the quality seems solid, and it absolutely helps reduce heat buildup compared to regular fabric or cushions. I’ve found myself using it regularly, especially during warmer days and nights.
So if you go into it understanding that movement/readjustment is part of how the cooling effect works, it’s actually a very good product and noticeably more comfortable than standard alternatives.
