Items uninstalled and in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A 15% restocking is applied for all returned products. Please contact Woodcraft's Customer Service Department at 1-800-535-4482 for assistance with returns.
Warranty Information
Premier Copper Products warrants their products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. This does not include their copper lighting fixtures which are covered by a separate 1 year limited warranty. The original dated sales receipt is required for any warranty claims. Scratches, stains, and discoloring that can occur under normal use will not be covered under this limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not cover: shipping cost, labor cost and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damage. Warranty excludes all commercial and business usage. Call Premier Copper Products @ 1-877-251-4486 for warranty claims.

Thin and scratchy

Unbelievably thin, brittle and terrible quality. Couldn’t wait to use them up. Like trying to sop up spills with a saltine cracker. Might consider these at half the listed price but for the incremental cost difference, actual quality paper towels are worth it to me. Lesson learned.

Good Product

These would compare to Sparkle brand. Every sheet was very absorbant. I tried these because they were cheaper. I didn't know what to expect. They were just plain white, looked clean while sitting upright just plain. They come with select a size. I thought they were great!

MY CHIHUAHUA WON'T GET OUT OF THIS BED! she loves it! from the first moment we brought it in and put it on the floor. she gently scratches at the sides and cuddles in with her blankey and likes she's not there. ohhh... great value for the price! nice size, big enough for both of my chihuahuas to lay in comfortably. soft, but very sturdy sides, the bottom is fluffy, padded very well. the outside bottom, there is a non stick covering so the bed doesn't scootch around on tile floor, it stays put.

It's lasted

I've had this bed for 5 years and it is still in great shape. Washes up in the washing machine just fine. My littlest dog absolutely loves it and is lost when our other bigger dog steals it. She barely fits in it but she loves it too. Ha! Good quality at a good price. Couldn't ask for more.
