Long-range hunting demands both magnification to confirm a target at distance and a bright objective for the low-light hours when game is most active. The Kite Optics B6 LR 3-18x50 with 4Ai reticle is the long-range specialist of the B6 LR family — pairing 3–18x magnification and a large 50mm objective with side-focus parallax adjustment and a zero-stop ballistic turret, built for the kind of mountain and open-country hunting where shots develop past 400 meters in unpredictable light.

Key Features
  • 3–18x magnification with 6x zoom ratio — Enough low-end at 3x for woodland and medium-range work, with 18x at the top for precise shot placement and target identification at extended range. The 6x zoom ratio covers the full spectrum from 200-yard timber shots to 600+ yard open-country work.
  • 50mm objective with 90% light transmission — The larger objective lens gathers significantly more light than the 42mm model, delivering a brighter image at higher magnifications and extending usable shooting time deeper into dawn and dusk. MHR Advance coatings maximize light throughput across all surfaces.
  • Side-focus parallax adjustment (100m to infinity) — A dedicated parallax ring on the left side of the turret housing allows precise parallax elimination at any distance from 100 meters outward — essential for accurate shooting at the magnifications this scope delivers. Engraved in both meters and yards.
  • 4Ai illuminated reticle (SFP) — The refined German No. 4 pattern with thick outer posts tapering to a clean center area and a floating illuminated red dot. 11 brightness levels plus daylight boost. The classic hunting sight picture that European shooters have trusted for generations, with modern illumination for low-light precision.
  • Ballistic turret with zero-stop and revolution counter — Exposed elevation turret with positive 0.25 MOA clicks, integrated zero-stop, and pop-up revolution indicator for tracking adjustments across multiple turns. Push down to lock and prevent field bumps.
  • 90 MOA total adjustment range — Designed around the longer-range shooting this scope enables, with each click at 0.7 cm per 100 meters providing fine control.
  • 100mm eye relief — The most generous eye relief in the B6 LR range, providing safe, comfortable shooting with heavy-recoiling magnum calibers.
  • One-piece 30mm aluminum tube, IPX7 waterproof — Machined from solid aluminum, nitrogen-purged, and submersible to 1 meter. Operating range from -20°C to +71°C.
  • 750g with included zoom throw lever — Substantial enough to handle recoil, with a snap-on throw lever for rapid magnification changes.

Ideal For

Long-range hunters who glass and shoot at distance — mountain hunters, open-country western hunters, and anyone whose typical shooting extends past 400 yards. The 3–18x range, side-focus parallax, and zero-stop turret are built for this discipline.

European stalking hunters who want the extended reach of 18x with the familiar 4Ai sight picture. The classic reticle and illuminated center dot provide the clean aiming point that driven and stalking hunters prefer.

Low-light specialists who take shots at dawn and dusk. The 50mm objective and 90% light transmission deliver meaningful brightness advantage over 42mm scopes when legal shooting light is fading.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.

Slow, sorry but good
Format: Kindle
This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.

Very detailed! Beautiful world building! Strong Heroine!
Format: Kindle
Starts off a little slow and confusing with different POV’s, but starts to all come together towards the middle to make an elaborate plot line and makes it all worth it. Beautiful world building and attention to detail as well as great writing. The cliffhanger was gut wrenching! Can’t wait for the next book!

Interesting
Format: Kindle
This was a very captivating book once you got into it thoroughly. But the third person perspective was a bit hard to get used to. But as you got into it and followed the different characters, it was interesting and filled with intrigue, conflict and forbidden love. I can’t wait to read the next one and to complete the series.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.
