Versare nel frullatore ad immersione o nel robot da cucina la polvere Sweet Lace ed aggiungere dell'acqua seguendo la proporzione: per 100g di polvere 50g di acqua a temperatura ambiente. Lavorare il prodotto per almeno 3 minuti alla massima velocit fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso. Versare e spalmare sullo stampo la quantit necessaria di Sweet Lace

Come si utilizza Sweet Lace. Versare nel frullatore ad immersione o nel robot da cucina la polvere Sweet Lace ed aggiungere dell'acqua seguendo la proporzione: per 100g di polvere 50g di acqua a temperatura ambiente. Lavorare il prodotto per almeno 3 minuti alla massima velocità fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso. Versare e spalmare sullo stampo la quantità necessaria di Sweet Lace per riempire tutte le fessure. Con un raschietto fate penetrare bene il prodotto evitando di lasciare bolle. Fatto questo lasciare riposare il prodotto per almeno 4-6 ore, in funzione dello spessore dello stampo, della temperatura/umidità dell’ambiente di lavorazione, o comunque fino a quando il prodotto non risulta smodellabile. Nel caso si volesse velocizzare la procedura di essicazione mettere il prodotto nel forno ventilato a 40° max per un tempo che va da 1 ora e mezza a 3 ore e mezza a seconda delle caratteristiche del forno usato, avendo l’accortezza di far raffreddare il prodotto prima di smodellarlo. Passato il tempo di asciugatura togliere il prodotto dallo stampo delicatamente. Se non usato in giornata, si consiglia di conservare il pizzo in un sacchetto di plastica o in un contenitore sigillato. La crema può essere conservata in frigorifero per 2-3 giorni.
