Items leave the facility ON or BEFORE the 'ship by' date listed on your invoice, unless I need to change the "ship by date" due to unforeseen circumstances (snowstorms or hurricanes that delay the post office from delivering, items are out of stock, printing facility temporarily shut down, etc.)
CANCELLATIONS Cancellations ARE ACCEPTED within 2 hours of purchase. Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of this item and limited warehouse space, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your sign arrives damaged or defective in any way, I will replace the sign for free. I'm sorry but I do not give refunds.
