The Nero material is made in the USA from eucalyptus paper and thermosetting resins. It is pure black and mimics the finest Madagascar ebony. It is not susceptible to humidity or temperature change. The surface is impermeable to sweat and body fluids and therefore very easy to clean.
Each set includes pegs, nut, button, fingerboard, tailpiece, saddle, chinrest and button. The standard options are as shown: Swiss pegs (small shaft), French tailpiece (120 mm), and Guarneri Chinrest. We can substitute larger shaft pegs, Hill tailpiece, a 125 mm tailpiece, or any of our chinrest styles in NERO at your request at no extra charge.
