A soft-spoken old man in a wheelchair, veiled in shadow. This statue captures the overwhelming tension of the moment he rises before you—ready to respond to your final choice. With his weight placed firmly on his left foot and his long coat rippling with movement, the figure conveys a sense of "impending finality." The forward-leaning pose cuts through the air with sharp presence, defying age and prosthesis alike.
Beneath his hunter’s cap are deeply carved wrinkles and dark gray hair, painstakingly sculpted. His downcast gaze, rendered with high precision, reflects not only resolve, but also "regret and sorrow." His well-worn attire is finished with subtle fading and frayed textures, evoking the passage of countless years. Even his weathered leather shoes speak to time's wear. In his right hand he holds the Burial Blade, and in his left, the shotgun—both treated with material-specific weathering effects that add weight and realism to their presence.
The specially crafted base is inspired by that "secluded garden" beyond the gate. A dense bloom of white flowers surrounds cracked gravestones and rusted iron fencing, vividly conjuring the scene of that fateful decision.
Born of the latest sculpting and painting techniques, Gehrman finally makes his appearance in Prime 1 Studio’s "Bloodborne" series. To all hunters who still endure the long night and the dream—we offer this tribute.
