How It Works – Freeze Drying
Our meals are made using freeze-drying technology. Fully cooked food is frozen at -35°C and then gently dried in a vacuum chamber up to 55°C, preserving the authentic taste, aroma, and nutrition while ensuring long shelf life without refrigeration.
