Taste and Aroma Profile: The initial aroma is herbal with a distinct graininess. When allowed to breathe, simple notes of marshmallow candy and cedar wood emerge. The taste is initially creamy and then develops slightly harsh edges in the acidity area. In the middle, you'll find muted flavors of roasted hazelnuts and grain. It finishes flat, very bland, and sour, but is still drinkable.
