This is the second in a series of beautifully produced annual reviews of advertising and graphic design, published by The Studio, London. The first was titled Posters & Their Designers (1924), subsequently titled Art and Publicity: Fine Printing and Design (1925), then Posters & Publicity; Fine Printing and Design (from 1926-1929) and finally to Modern Publicity (from 1930 and continuing well into the 1970's). A lovely production, typical of this fine publisher.

handlebar mittens
Too big. If using during snow plowing they are a burden due to need to take hands off controls, and shift from forward to reverse. Might be okay if just riding around on trails, etc.

Good quality, not great on clutch
The quality of these is very good. They break the wind very well. Too well, actually. On my bike when going above 60 MPH they press hard enough on the clutch to be a problem. I'm sure I'll still use them but they won't be of any value on the interstate. It's possible to hold the clutch while using them but, for me at least, I don't have the strength to do it for my 45 minute commute. Unfortunately, the openings seem to fold up making it difficult to get gloved hands into them quickly, which is my reason for subtracting a star.

I installed this on an e46 325ix sedan, they only worked, one of them is just a little loose. I don't know how long they last, because every time I open the bonnet, the lever bothers me a little?
