Nitoproof 810 is a non-flammable, single-component polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for high-performance applications in both internal and external wet areas. It offers excellent elastomeric flexibility, tensile strength, and low water vapour transmission, making it ideal for areas exposed to permanent moisture. Unlike solvent-based or moisture-cure membranes, Nitoproof 810 is fully compatible with tile adhesives, screeds, and renders — enabling direct application over the cured membrane without bonding issues.

Its strong adhesion to a wide range of primed building substrates and low VOC formulation make it an ideal solution for modern construction environments requiring durability, safety, and sustainability.

Typical Uses:

• Internal wet areas, bathrooms, and shower alcoves (Class III membrane system)

• Podiums, balconies, terraces, and rooftop decks (under toppings or tiles)

• Exposed roof decks (when overcoated with Nitoproof Top Coat UV)

• Sandwich membranes between old and new concrete or screed layers

• General waterproofing in areas exposed to continuous moisture or dampness

Available in 15L pails

Coverage:
Approximately 1.5 m² per litre per coat at 1mm dry film thickness (DFT). Multiple coats may be required depending on application.

Application Method:
Apply by brush, roller, or notched trowel over primed surfaces. Ensure full cure before flood testing or overcoating.
