Cats need height, privacy, scratching and somewhere to stretch out and watch the world. The PawArch™ cat tree puts all of that in one freestanding structure — a deep hammock, an enclosed condo, a top perch with a removable washable cover, three sisal scratching posts, and multiple flat platforms for climbing and lounging.
The feature that sets it apart is the removable arch grooming brush at the base. Cats walk through it on their own terms, rubbing their cheeks and flanks against the soft bristles. It encourages natural self-grooming behaviour without any effort from you — and you can pop it out for cleaning in seconds. The anti-tip wall mounting kit is included in the box, so you can anchor the tower to the wall for extra stability once you've found the right spot.

Lay it out
Unbox all parts and lay them out — illustrated instructions are included. Allow around 30–45 minutes for assembly.
Build from the base
Attach the sisal posts and platforms level by level working upward — all fixings are included, no tools needed beyond the supplied allen key.
Anchor if needed
If you have a boisterous or heavy cat, use the included anti-tip wall mounting kit to secure the tower to the wall for added stability.

How difficult is assembly?
Step-by-step illustrated instructions are included in the box. Most customers find it takes around 30–45 minutes working from the base up. All fixings and an allen key are provided — no additional tools needed.
How does the arch grooming brush work?
The arch sits at the base of the tower and cats walk through it on their own terms, rubbing their cheeks and sides against the soft bristles. It encourages the same self-grooming behaviour they show against furniture corners. You don't need to do anything — they find it themselves. The arch clips out for cleaning.
Is it suitable for large or heavy cats?
The overall static load capacity is 22.7kg (50lb), and the recommended per-platform weight is up to 4.5kg (10lb) per cat. It's designed for standard adult cats — if you have a large breed (Maine Coon, Ragdoll, Norwegian Forest Cat) over 6kg, this tower may not be the right choice. Check your cat's weight first.
Can I use it without attaching it to the wall?
Yes — the reinforced 40×44cm base is stable for most cats on its own. The anti-tip wall mounting kit is included as an optional extra for households with multiple cats, kittens that jump hard, or where extra stability is wanted. We'd recommend using it if your cat is particularly energetic.
Can I wash the perch cover?
Yes. The top perch cover is designed to be removed and machine washed. Take it off, wash on a gentle cycle, and refit once dry. The rest of the tower can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth.
What if the pom-pom toy wears out?
The hanging pom-pom is replaceable. Any standard craft pom-pom or hanging cat toy with a hook or tie will fit. It's a simple loop attachment — easy to swap out.
