The BB-12010H-NC 2 axis NC hydraulic box and pan brake is a powerful machine that can bend up to 10 gauge mild steel and 12 gauge stainless steel. The sheet metal brake machine has a rigid welded steel frame with massive truss rods for additional support to minimize any deformation with bending at full capacity. This box and pan brake has 26-6" fingers assorted in different sizes so the fabricator can adjust them for different box and pan applications.
This NC hydraulic sheet metal brake allows the operator to dial in a programmed bend when the machine is used in the manual or semi-automatic mode. Operation of the machine can be done at the operator console by toggle or by using the foot pedal controls. The base of this model has an extra rigid design to support the weight of heavier materials. The powerful BB-12010H-NC clamps the material at the beam, lifts the leaf to the pre-programmed bend, and finally opens the beam when the bend is complete.
Also included in this version of the BB-12010H-NC is a numerically controlled back gauge that allows the operator to control the distance between bends and allows for more efficiency and less error.
