This is a licence for ITH Snack Dummy Embroidery Designs. The bag styles are shown in the 2nd picture. With this purchase you'll receive the right to use the blank files as per described to your licence, also 4 different sizes as well as a step-by-step PDF instruction with lots of pictures, written in English and German.

Included machine embroidery formats: dst, exp, hus, jef, pes, vip, vp3, xxx

The Licence and Download includes a bundle of 4 blank embroidery files, the following hoop sizes are included:

• 4x4 inch / 10x10 cm hoop size
• 5x7 inch / 13x18 cm hoop size
• 6x10 inch / 16x26 cm hoop size
• 7x12 inch / 18x30 cm hoop size

The selection has been picked from the many different variations with motifs that are available in my shop. You are allowed to amend the designs according to the licence agreement below.

The licence agreement is regulating the use of my included embroidery files to create PHYSICAL products. It does NOT allow  you to share the digital files in any way (whether it might be selling, gifting or publishing - this includes eBooks, books, blogs, vlogs, YouTube videos etc. Publishing tutorials using my designs is prohibited).

PLEASE NOTE: For selling personalised ITH DUMMY BAGS in any of your online shops using my blank designs you MUST purchase the Extended Commercial Licence!

*You must be able to provide me with your licence key (which is the order number of your purchase) at any time if required. Each licence key is unique and will only be generated one time for each purchased licence. Please do not forward/share your purchased design(s) with any other person, as your licence key is only valid for yourself as the licence holder. By purchasing any of these licences you fully agree to these terms & conditions. 

As a private licence is for private use only, you’re not allowed to sell any finished products. If you have a business, you’re welcome to use my blank designs to produce customised finished products for sale. However if you want to sell online, i.e. on Etsy, eBay or any other platform or in your own web shop, you MUST purchase an unlimited licence. Limited licence gives you only the permission to sell offline such as markets or in shops with a street front. With the extended limited licence (unlimited) you are allowed to sell your physical products online on social media and in your own online shops.

My licences for the blank designs have the same terms & conditions regarding the right of revocation and refund like all my other digital items. They are non refundable. Please read the Terms & Conditions before purchase.

The different licences define how you are allowed to use my designs included in this licence agreement.

Even with the unlimited licence you are not receiving the ownership and copyright of the original files. Smart D'sign Embroidery remains the owner and holder of the copyright.
