The factory press fit pulley has been pressed on with nearly 40 tonnes of force. To some, that may seem impossible to remove, however with our proven design, removing the OEM pulley and re fitting our modular hub is almost like a walk in the park.

With our new and innovative supercharger pulley removal and installation tool, this can be done right in the comfort of your own garage. The factory press-fit pulley has been pressed on with nearly 40 tonnes of force. To some, that may seem impossible to remove, however with our proven design, removing the OEM pulley and re-fitting our modular hub is almost like a walk in the park.

Designed and manufactured right here in-house, many painstaking hours were spent utilising CAD modeling and FEA analysis of different arrangements before we settled on a design that was going to be effective, robust and simple to use. The main plates are laser cut from 16mm thick high strength mild steel to guarantee an even distribution of pressure acting on the pulley without deformation. This results in a clean and precise pushing/pulling motion that can be repeated infinitely without failure.

Unfortunately, many people have been misled into using a 3 jaw puller which is probably the worst thing to do as its guaranteed to damage the shaft and bend the pulley making it even harder to separate from the snout. Our unique tool allows you to swap to a smaller pulley in no time without the need of even removing the snout, in turn, saving you big dollars on GM supercharger oil, base gaskets and any other expenses that may arise from installation error.

Perfect for general mechanics without a shop-press that perform these jobs on a regular basis or a group of mates looking to share a tool by splitting the bill.

Tool Loan:

This tool is also available to be loaned out for $50, but we will also require a $160 bond. The bond will be fully refunded once the tool has been returned in complete working order within 30 days. Should you damage components, the core refund will be pro-rated to cover the cost of the damaged parts (not including consumables like anti-seize lubricant).
