Dock Pillar Light Installation Instruction

Cautions:

1. Can not use the electric generator to test the LED lamp.
2. Please abide by related country, regional and local law and regulations when install this fixture.
3. Please turn off the power before installation or maintenance.
4. Please earth grounding is required to ensure safety.

Notice:

• To avoid possibility of electrical shock or fire, the installation personnel must have professional electric know; edge.
• Please wear gloves to avoid injury before installation.
• If any smoke or spark of the wire happened, oleate turn off the power immediately and notify relevant personnel.

Attention:

• Please check if there is any damage during shipping if so, please contact manufacturer timely.
• Please read the installation instruction carefully to check whether all the accessories are complete. After confirmation, then install the fixture according to installation steps.

Accessories checklist:

• LED corn lamp (1). —Figure 1
• 5/16-9 tapping screws (4) — stainless steel — black.—Figure 2
• light cover — aluminum alloy ADC12– frosted black.
• Lamp body (lamp body and base are the whole) — aluminum alloy ADC12– frosted black.
• lampshade — material PMMA– orange.
• lamp cup — aluminum alloy ADC12– frosted black — has been installed in the lamp body when leaving the factory, please do not disassemble.
• Power cord — the power cord has been connected to the lamp cup when it leaves the factory. Please do not remove it.
• waterproof silicone ring –2, one installed in the upper cover, one installed in the lamp body, factory has been installed, please do not remove.
• base waterproof plate — aluminum alloy ADC12– frosted black — has been installed in the base, and lamp cup when leaving the factory, the power cord has been installed and tightened, please do not remove it.

Wiring Diagram & Instruction:

Black is the live wire, green is the ground wire, white is the zero wire

Installation method of lamps: A- on the head of A relatively strong cement column or on the wall and on the steel structure, B shall be installed on the wood embedded parts and wooden piles

A- more solid concrete column head or wall and steel structure installation

1. Mark the top of a strong cement column or wall and steel frame with chalk or a sharp tool, then drill holes. Figure 3 is the dimension drawing.
2. Insert the expansion screw into the hole with a hammer. Figure 4
3. Install the lampshade and bulb in the main body in turn.
4. Place the power cord.
5. Align the hole on the base of the lamp body with the expansion screw, and then align the upper cover with the main positioning hole.
6. Check whether the power line is pressed. If so, please put it in a good position again.
7. Put 4 bolts into the hole of the top cover and the lamp body through the hole to align with the base hole, and finally tighten the bolts;The bolts must be locked in place, otherwise there is a danger of falling off.
8. After installation, please connect the wires in accordance with the local wiring standards and make sure there are good joint protection measures.

B. Install on wooden embedded parts and wooden stakes

1. Install the lampshade and bulb in the main body in turn.
2. Put the power cord well and check whether the power cord is pressed. If it is pressed, please put it well again.
3. Fix the upper cover to the main positioning hole.
4. Put 4 bolts into the hole of the top cover and the lamp body through the hole to align with the base hole, and finally tighten the bolts;The bolts must be locked in place, otherwise there is a danger of falling off.
5. After installation, please connect the wires in accordance with the local wiring standards and make sure there are good joint protection measures.

Attention

• Ac voltage: 110V; frequency: 50 Hz, bulb power≤40W.
• Please ware gloves.
• Can’t fixed to the ceiling not dry. No water washing. Wipe with clean fabric.
• Fixed by the electrician.
• Avoid the Acids and bases contain corrosive chemicals and gases.
• Turn off the power when you change the bulb and clean the light.
