Recommended Dosage: Children (3-4 years): Take 1 chewable tablet per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children (5-9 years): Take 1 chewable tablet, 1-2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents and Adults (10 years and over): Take 1 chewable tablet, 1-3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
