Directions 

Shake well before each use.  Because we only use natural ingredients, no binders or fillers, there may be some separation. Each drop contains 200IU of D3. Take 5 drops for 1000IU of Vitamin D3, or as directed by your doctor.  Take with your biggest meal of the day.  It is best absorbed with meals containing fats.
