DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
For sleep quality, consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Adolescents over12 years of age (mood): 1 capsule daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
