Dark purple almost black in colour. Depth on the nose, with fruity aromas of dark berries & well balanced oak aroma. Full bodied & demanding wine, structured and complex, young, aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries and blackberries, also oak but well integrated with a long finish.

Less than 25 years ago, his father delivered the little bit of red and white wine he had to the cooperative society. Today, almost 100 hectares of vineyards are turned into red, white, rosé and sparkling wine in the Markus Schneider winery.
