▪︎As with vintage items there will be signs of wear and tear and dirt marks. They are reminders of its past story. A little tear at the back but can be easily patched up. Have been cleaned

▪︎Inserts are NOT included. There is only a small opening for fillings which is typical of cover of this sort. The maker will fill it up with bits of cloth or sheep wool and stitched it up.

The Berbers take their inspirations from their life and surroundings. They can also be from daily rituals, beliefs, customs, plants, animals and festivals and ceremonies. The diamond shape in this cushion represents women.

Both sides are in different patterns but have been woven in one piece, which is typical of cushions made for the purpose, and not recycled from old rug. The back is usually of simpler design but it can also be in plain colour like this piece.
