This white gold Patek Philippe Calatrava Reference 5226 showcases the Manufacture's quest for excellence in the art of watchmaking. Introduced in the round case for which Calatrava models have been renowned since 1932, Patek Philippe has revisited it by detailing the flanks with a 'Clous de Paris' hobnail pattern typical of their timepieces. To enable this guilloched motif to continue around the entire case band, the designers have also devised a distinctive case construction in which the lugs are an integral part of the case back.

The self-winding Caliber 26-330 S C that powers the aperture-type date, stop-seconds mechanism, central seconds, hours, and minutes powers this new model. This caliber has a forty-five-hour power reserve. Two detachable straps in beige and black leather are paired with the this timepiece offering a comfortable fit on the wrist.
