The cabinet and door of the unit are made of type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel with a satin finish. The cabinet features welded construction, while the door has a drawn design made from one piece of steel. To prevent paper towels from slipping out of the unit when opened, the cabinet has a unique system called TowelMate. The system uses a 90-degree return towel guide angle and features a nylon rod, so that towels can only be dispensed one at a time. The unit can hold up to 400 C-fold or 525 multifold paper towels that are 2-1/2 inches to 3-13/16 inches deep without any type of adjustments or adaptors required. The cabinet has a smooth, hemmed opening to prevent tearing when towels are dispensed.
