Super Omega 3-6-9 by NOW is a blend of fish, borage and flax seed oils. This combination of well-known nutritional oils has been combined in carefully selected proportions to obtain a balanced proportion of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids.
Omega-3, alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA) and Omega-6, GLA, play an important role in maintaining healthy skin and immune system function. Omega-9 fatty acid supports the healthy functioning of the cardiovascular system.
The fish oil concentrate used is manufactured in accordance with strict quality control standards. It has been tested for potentially harmful levels of contaminants (i.e. mercury, heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins and other contaminants).
Each serving of the product may provide the following amounts of naturally occurring polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats:

- Borage oil (seeds) / 800 mg
- Organic flaxseed oil / 800 mg
- Natural fish oil concentrate containing polyunsaturated acids / 800 mg
- Omega-3 Oil / 604 mg (EPA: 126 mg; DHA: 78 mg)
- Omega-6 oils / 539 mg (GLA: 160 mg)
- Omega-9 oils / 225 mg

Ingredients: Borage seed oil (borago officinalis); linseed oil, fractionated oil from Peruvian mackerel, sardines and anchovies; capsule material: beef gelatin; dissolving substances: glycerin, water; antioxidant: soy extract standardized to tocopherols (including D-alpha-tocopherol). D-alpha tocopherol from non-genetically modified soybeans. Contains allergens: soy, fish: sardines, anchovies, mackerel.
How to use: Take 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. The product is intended for adults. Consumption of the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding should be consulted with a doctor.
