With 14 carefully selected botanicals, Hatters Gin is handcrafted and distilled among the cobbled streets of Edgeley, Stockport using local honey from Marple, raspberries and blackberries from Stockport Market.

Made in very small batches, Hatters Gin is hand filled, labelled and wax sealed - producing a truly handcrafted premium gin. Taking 6 months to develop, finding a perfect balance between the strong juniper and coriander notes with the more delicate softer notes of elderflower, blackberry, raspberry, and elderberry; has created a dry, delicately fruity and floral gin.

With all but three botanicals steeped for 18 hours to allow the grain spirit to extract all the oils and aromas, it is carefully distilled where only the heart of the distillation is used.

Perfect serve: Over ice, Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and one or two raspberries. Experiment with an elderflower too!
