All of the botanicals used in production are Swiss, with the exception of the citrus for somewhat obvious reasons. A kirsch base with orange, elderflower, and gentian root for structure and balance. The nose is brimming with floral, citrus, and tart, dry stonefruits. The palate is honestly like nothing I have ever tasted. It is sweet and remarkably floral liqueur that raised my eyebrows and dropped my chin. And yet, the back palate and finish are remarkably dry and clean, leaving no cloying sweetness or palate weight. Use as you would a white vermouth or liqueur, this will play very well in gin or tequila cocktails, as well as being a remarkably versatile base for a spritz with wine, sparkling wine, or beer! – ABV: 20%
