It is creamy with rich flavours of full cream, premium pisco 'Reserva' quality, caramel, vanilla and roasted nuts are the main flavours detected. A pleasant long and smooth after taste. Made with 'RESERVA' quality pisco that has been aged in American and French oak barrels

Made with 'RESERVA' quality pisco that has been aged in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of three years.

Alto del Carmen Pisco is produced through the Cooperativa Agrícola y Pisquera Elqui Limitada, a cooperative of small farmers in the area. Founded in 1938, this cooperative with over 1,000 owners is based on principles of equality and fairness for everyone involved. This is definitely a bottle you can feel good about!
