Suggestions
Directions: For an ongoing challenge or deep level change, try the Basic Way: Take two capsules three times a day. Typically, a shift will occur in three to five days. Another Way: Throw out the notion that a printed set of directions will provide the exact answer. Consider size, constitution, timing and other factors affecting each unique person. Take two capsules as often as every twenty minutes to combat a quickly escalating situation. Do not exceed more than 24 capsules per day. If using the powder, substitute 1/4 tsp powder for two capsules.

Love the Polite Elephant

As parents you want your babies to have the best of books and of Everything. Polite Elephant came recommended by Mayim Bialik's vlog on YouTube. I am not for one to buy everything that is mentioned by celebrities in their videos, but this one was really special as it inculcates good practice and habits. I'm hoping our baby loves this book, although he does throughly enjoy looking at the Elephant tip his hat and smile.

A really good book! Both parents and baby like this one. It’s a unique book, but one that has a great rhythm and story. Simple and good advice for once baby can understand better. And cute pictures for when they can’t.

Teaching Manners

I love this sweet book that teaches a child manners in a gentle way. Polite Elephant is always kind and respectful. I loved reading this book to my own child years ago and have purchased it many times for others. Plus who doesn’t love Richard Scarry books?
