Featuring extensive perforations throughout for maximum airflow, innovations derived using feedback from Alpinestars involvement in top flight racing include a newly redesigned front flex area, a redesigned rear bellow, a redesigned top gaitor, a new shifter and shin plate, a new shin slider and a new inner bootie, all of which enhance the comfort, protection and the performance of this boot to a new class-leading high.

- Durable technical microfiber upper construction has superior flexibility.
- Front flex area is soft TPU over injected on a breathable mesh with shaped reliefs for improved abrasion resistance.
- Design allows for natural forward-and-back movement.
- Flexible accordion microfiber stretch area at Achilles heel allows for natural movement of the foot.
- Top boot gaiter follows the contour of the leg; is made of flexible high-grade synthetic leather reinforced with PU to help maintain its shape.
- Full-length suede microfiber panel on inner side of the boot provides a smooth surface for excellent grip and feel against the bike; also protects against heat.
- Redesigned lightweight rubber compound sole offers excellent grip and feel, provides natural flex when changing foot position and pressure on the footpeg.
- Flexible, lightweight toe shifter gives excellent feel when changing gears.

- Separate internal biomechanical ankle brace works with the outer structure of the boot to form a protective system that allows full freedom of movement of the foot, ankle and leg.
- External TPU shin protector is a compact design that wraps around the outer calf and is engineered to dissipate impact energy across the entire surface.
- Replaceable clip-on shin slider improves protection from abrasion; vented sections improve airflow into the boot.
- Integrated, replaceable co-injected TPU and aluminum toe slider features new easy-access screw fixing concept, provides improved feel and protects the boot outer box structure from abrasion.
- Replaceable nylon heel plate slider protects from impacts and reduces friction in the case of a crash.
- Outer boot entry/exit has stretch accordion panel for a close fit and ease of entrance/removal.
- Closure zipper is mounted soft TPU stretch panel for easy close and an excellent fit; additional TPU zip slider reduces friction in the event of a crash.
- Hook-and-loop tab lock keeps the zip pull closed, flat and secure. Micro-adjustable redesigned ratchet top closure stows tab end.

They refunded the amount. We just had to send it to them 2 times before they did.
We bought a printer and it was having issues from the beginning. We thought at first it had to do with the WIFI, so we didn't say anything, but then more things were going wrong. I talked to the manufacturer, who said it needed to be replaced but we had to go through Asurion. Asurion "fixed" it and sent it back but we had our doubts. Sure enough, it was within the same month we were sending it in again.
This time they just gave us an amazon gift card for the entire amount we had paid. Thankful for the warranty. They ultimately did the right thing, I just wish we could have gotten it done faster.

Asurion worked as intended.
After three years, my monitor failed. Asurion paid to send it to a repair center. I didn't save the box the monitor came in, and paid $23 to have it packaged up. They kept me informed of the various steps, such as en route, arrived, testing, and repair started. They discovered it could not economically be repaired and refunded my purchase price. The entire process from me telling them it was broken until the refund took 5 days. I am well satisfied with the service.

BUYER BEWARE NOT A AUTHORIZED EPSON SELLER & YOU CANNOT REG THIS PRINTER
I purchased the Epson SureColor F170 from 6Ave through Amazon and discovered during setup that I could not register the printer with Epson. After contacting Epson customer support, I was informed that 6Ave is not an authorized Epson reseller for this product. That the serial number was invalid and likely from overseas. When I had been trying it I got "INVALID SERIAL NUMBER" and when I thought maybe the 0 was an O I got a message that it had already been registered. As a result, Epson would not allow me to register the printer, which raises concerns about warranty coverage and access to manufacturer support. Had this been disclosed before purchase, I would have purchased from an authorized dealer instead. Consumers should be clearly informed when a seller is not authorized by the manufacturer, especially for a product that represents a significant investment. Very disappointing experience. I am glad I was able to contact Amazon and report them.
