The BG Electrical Nexus Screwless Flat-Plate FBS31 is a brushed steel single (1 gang) 20A double pole switch fitted with flush neon, manufactured by British General Electrical.
The FBS31 is a double-pole 20A switch suitable for appliances that are hard-wired into circuitry, such as water heaters or hand dryers. However, with its extremely thin plate (under 5mm thick from wall to face), sleek flat profile, rounded edges and stylish brushed steel finish with matching switch, it will suit a huge variety of interior decor.
Its Clip On, Clip Off front plate design is secure and easy to use, and the switch itself can also be easily retrofitted into existing backboxes (minimum 25mm depth required). The switch also has colour coded terminals and backed out captive screws to further aid simple installation.
The FBS31 comes fitted with a moisture-control gasket which enables it to be installed into recently plastered walls without the risk of tarnishing the finish. Furthermore, it features a flush neon to increase visibility in light-restricted areas.
As standard on all BG sockets and switches, the FBS31 comes with a 25-year guarantee for peace of mind.
