Usage Notes
- Requires a 12V high-discharge battery or power supply (minimum 150A burst capability recommended).
- Use high-quality nickel strips for optimal conductivity and clean welds.
- Do not touch welding probes during operation—risk of burn or electric shock.
- Adjust pulse timing based on material thickness and power source.
- Improperly installing the 2200μF capacitor or using a voltage higher than 14.6V may greatly increase the risk of burning the power tube.
- Use 30–45AH lead-acid batteries in good condition. Recycled or degraded batteries may fail to meet the current requirements.
- If using a battery larger than 45AH, extend the input cables by at least 80cm to prevent current overload and module failure.
