From Pit-Road comes a 1/700 scale kit of the German Navy Submarines U-Boat type XXI and XXIII.

The U-Boat Type XXI was developed by the German Navy in the last stage of WWII and was an epoch-making submarine with a high underwater speed. This type of submarine had a much longer duration of submergence compared to other subs at the time thanks to its streamlined hull, upgraded snorkel, battery and motor. The Type XXIII was slightly smaller and assigned to coast missions.

When completed, the XXI type will measure about 110mm long and the XXIII type will measure about 50mm long. Both kits are full hull models.
