I do understand things happen and sometimes we must request items at the last minute. However, all custom orders will process at standard timeframe unless you are requesting a rush order. In order to request a rush, add the rush request item to your cart as well (Found in the Custom Order Request Collection). Durable, soft, cool. I wash them in warm water and dry on normal heat, so far the material and zipper have held up. They do help your hair and skin. The zipper is a hidden zipper.
