In 4th grade, he and his parents were told he would never finish high school and would never be able to live independently. In 5th grade, Jeff transferred to Landmark School in Massachusetts.

In 4th grade, he and his parents were told he would never finish high school and would never be able to live independently. In 5th grade, Jeff transferred to Landmark School in Massachusetts. There he learned how smart he was and that he could do whatever he wanted. "Team Jeff" rallied behind him at Landmark and in the years to come. That group of teachers, family, and friends supported him on his journey through high school, college, and graduate school, all the way to where he is now--a board certified nurse practitioner.
