The rubber nubbins (spray outlet holes) are made of high-grade soft rubber, that will allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up. Easy to install, simply unscrew the old shower arm, apply included plumbers tape and screw in the new shower arm, then screw on the shower head and you are finished, no special tools or experience needed. This unit is available in polished chrome, satin nickel, and rubbed bronze. Mild, unscented gentle on skin but did not give me the results I hoped for with one bar. I’m not motivated to buy another. I may have to try something that starts working after one bar. I’m not expecting it to totally rid me of my pigmentation with one bar but it would have been great if it actually started the process.
